1. Application scope of pipe clamp
Lightweight series clamps are used in 6 kinds of size series of ordinary mechanical pressure pipes with 6-57 mm outer diameter.
The double-connection pipe clamp is applied to mechanical pressure pipes of five sizes series with an external diameter of 6-42 mm.
Heavy series clamps are used in 8 kinds of size series of high mechanical pressure pipes with an external diameter of 8-273 mm.

3. Pipe clamp installation procedure
Before assembling on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of clamp, it is suggested to mark at the fixed place first, then weld on it, insert the lower part of the clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Place the other half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, and tighten with screw. Do not directly weld the bottom plate of the clamp. On the ground guide rail, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screw. Then the guide nut is pushed into the rail and rotated to 90 degrees. The lower half of the pipe clamp body is embedded in the nut, and the tube clamp body and cover plate which need to be fixed are put on the upper half of the pipe clamp body and fixed with screw.
Overlap assembly, guide rail can be welded on the foundation, or fixed with screw. Firstly, upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body is installed, then the upper half of the pipe clamp body is placed on the pipe clamp body which needs to be fixed, fixed with screw, and prevented it from turning through the anti-loosening cover plate. Then install the second pipe clamp, the method is the same as above.
When assembling and assembling elbows, the elbows should be fixed directly with Yongsheng pipe clamp at the front and back of the elbows. It is suggested that such supporting points should be fixed.
